Ingredients:

  • eggs – 5 pcs;
  • sugar – 140 g;
  • vanilla sugar – 10 g;
  • salt – pinches;
  • flour – 200 g;
  • leavening agent – 1 tsp;
  • lemon juice – 1/2 tsp;
  • apple – 1 pc.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • sour cream – 350 g;
  • cream cheese – 300 g;
  • powdered sugar – 120 g;
  • cherries in their own juice.

Preparation of Charlotka:

Mix eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, beat until fluffy. Sift the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture, pour in the lemon juice and knead the dough.
