Ingredients for fritters:
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp;
- Salt – 1/3 tsp;
- Kefir – 250 ml;
- Flour – 250 ml;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;
- Soda – 1/2 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp.
Preparation of fritters:
In a bowl mix eggs with salt, granulated sugar and warm kefir, beat until the grains of sand dissolve. To the kefir mixture pour flour, knead the dough without lumps. It is required that the ratio of kefir and flour was 1:1.
Add baking powder and baking soda to the homogeneous dough, mix again. Cover the dough with food film, while in a frying pan heat vegetable oil.
It is important not to stir the dough again. Drop by tablespoonfuls of batter into the skillet. A tablespoon is equal to one fritter.
Fry the fritters until bubbles appear on the surface. Then turn the fritters to the second side and fry until golden.


The result is puffy fritters for breakfast. They can be combined with sour cream and jam.
