Ingredients of the dough for pies:
- flour – 800 g;
- soda – 5 g;
- kefir – 500 g;
- salt – 5 g;

- butter – 40 g.
Ingredients for both fillings:
- boiled rice – 150 g. each;
- water – 300 ml.
Ingredients for meat stuffing:
- minced meat – 400 g;
- ground black pepper – 5 g;

- onion – 100 g;
- garlic – 20 g.
Ingredients for egg stuffing:
- boiled eggs – 7 pcs;
- green onions – a bunch;
- salt – 10 g.
Preparation of pies:
For the meat filling, you need to chop finely an onion and fry in a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil. When the onion is a little fried, you need to add to it minced meat, mix the ingredients.
Chop garlic on a fine grater, together with salt and ground black pepper add to the minced meat, mix and fry until ready. At this time you need to peel and dice boiled eggs for the second stuffing.
Shred green onion, combine it with chopped eggs and boiled rice. We do not forget to salt the egg filling.
To the meat filling, you should also add rice, mix it with minced meat to a certain homogeneity. When preparing the dough, first you need to break an egg into the kefir, mix it with soda, salt and sugar.
Pour the dough onto the working surface, pour the kefir into its hollow, knead the dough. As soon as the dough begins to gather into a lump, you can add vegetable and butter oil.
