. However, the consumption of products with yeast can have a bad effect on the body. The fact is that yeast leads to chronic micropathology. They reduce the body’s resistance to unfavorable environmental factors. Therefore, it is worth eating yeast buns in small quantities.
Let’s talk about the recipe for yeast-free dough, with which pies still turn out lush.
Ingredients for yeast-free dough:
- flour – 900 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- kefir – 300 g;
- salt – tsp. with a slide;
- sour cream 24% – 200 g;
- sugar – tbsp;
- vegetable oil – tbsp;
- leavening agent – 16 g.
Preparation of yeast-free dough:
Kefir should be mixed with sour cream and heated to a temperature of 40-45 degrees. In a bowl with 700 grams of flour pour sour cream and kefir, break the eggs and mix well.
In a similar dough pour sugar and salt, leavening agent and mix slightly

Pour sunflower oil into the flour mixture, knead the dough thoroughly with a spatula. It should be soft and not sticky, otherwise you need to add a little flour to the mass.
Sprinkle the remaining flour on the work surface and continue to knead the dough on it. Leave the dough for 10 minutes, then knead it again.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer – no more than cm thick
. Prepare your favorite filling – cabbage, potato, liver, etc.
Cut the dough into small squares – about 4×4 cm

Put the stuffing into each square and seal it inside the dough.
If the dough is lying on the table for a long time, be sure to turn it over. Otherwise you won’t be able to seal the filling, the edges of the dough won’t be sticky.
Fry the patties in hot vegetable oil (100 ml) in a pan with high sides. Each patty should be browned on both sides.
You get puffy patties without yeast in the composition.
