Pizza is considered to be a very popular dish all over the world. The once miserable Italian food is now perceived as a culinary masterpiece. Modern pizza is different from its ancient counterpart. Ingredients for pizza:
- Kefir – 250 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Sugar – 1 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;
- Sausage – 150 g;
- Mushrooms – 2 pcs;
- Olives – 10 pcs;
- Onions – ⅓ pcs;
- Ketchup – 4 tbsp;
- Cheese – 100 g.
Preparation of the pizza:
Pour salt and sugar into warm kefir, break an egg, pour in vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture in batches and knead a thick dough.
Cut sausage into bars, cut mushrooms into plates, chop onions into feathers, and halve olives

Line a
baking tray with parchment and place the dough on it.
Level the dough on the surface, create a round thin layer, smear it with ketchup.
Place the sausage on the pizza, then the mushrooms, onions and olives.
Bake the pizza at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then grate cheese on the pizza and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
