Recipe for a delicious and simple sour cream cake with delicate cream.
For preparation you will need the following ingredients:

butter, 100 g;
– condensed milk, 1 can;
– eggs, 2 pcs;
– salt, a quarter tsp
; – baking soda, 1 tsp
; – cocoa, 1.5

– flour, 140 g.
To prepare the cream:

sour cream, 600 g;
– powdered sugar, 2 tbsp;
– thickener for sour cream, 1 packet.
For the glaze:
–
chocolate, 100 g;
-milk, 40 ml.
For soaking:
-water, 80 ml;
– condensed
milk
, 80 ml.
Preparation process
Soften butter and mix with eggs and salt, whisk.
Introduce condensed milk and whisk in parts.
Pour vinegar soda
. Sift the flour and mix with the base.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and
mix
one with cocoa
. Cover the baking mold with parchment and pour the dough

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake both cakes for 15 – 20 minutes, check the readiness

For the
impregnation
, mix boiling water
with
condensed
milk
, stir. For the
glaze, drown chocolate pieces in milk, mix until homogeneous
. Cut each cake into 2 parts
and
form the cake, soaking
the
cakes
in the
impregnation, smearing them with cream. Pour
the glaze
and put in the
fridge for a few hours
