Casseroles have become an important part of the diet for many families. It is a simple and quick dish, the preparation of which does not require any knowledge of cooking. In addition, casseroles are prepared from a variety of products. The dishes are known both from pasta, rice, potatoes, beans and vegetables. In addition to a base of garnish, a filling in the form of meat or fish can be added to the casserole. This makes the dish hearty, which is important for a dense dinner.
Casseroles appeared in cooking a long time ago. The first mentions came from the Middle Ages. Then women baked what was left on the table after the meal.

Ingredients for potato casserole:
- Ground pork – 400 g;
- Paprika – 2 tsp;
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp;
- Dried garlic – tsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Potatoes – 5 pcs;

- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
