Let’s prepare zrazy stuffed with meat

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 1 kg;
  • Stuffing – 350 g;
  • Onion – 150 g;
  • Garlic – 10 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g;
  • Sweet pepper – 100 g;
  • Cheese – 100 g;
  • Salt – 15 g;
  • Ground black pepper – 3 g;
  • Sweet paprika – 10 g;
  • Dried garlic – 3 g;
  • Coriander – 1 g;
  • Egg – 1 pc;
  • Starch – 20 g.

Preparation of stuffed zrazas:

Clean and cut potatoes into small cubes, boil for 20 minutes. At this time chop finely onion, peel pepper and cut it finely too.
