Ingredients for potato cutlets:
- potatoes – 3 pcs;
- onions – pcs.;
- flour – 3 tbsp;
- carrots – pcs;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- garlic – 5 cloves;
- eggs – pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- green onions – bundle.
Preparation of potato cutlets:
Peel potatoes and cut into medium-sized cubes, cook until soft for 15 minutes. Cut the onion in half rings, fry until soft in a frying pan with vegetable fat.
Potatoes turn into mashed potatoes, peeled carrots are chopped on large sharps grater. Send the carrots together with the pressed garlic in the frying pan to the onion
. Fry the vegetables until golden, stirring constantly. Grate cheese on medium grated teeth, chop green onions finely. Combine the fried onions with carrots, green onions and cheese in the mashed potatoes.
In the general mixture integrate egg and salt, sift flour and knead a kind of “stuffing”.
