Pies are a real culinary heritage of most countries. Everywhere has its own way of preparing this interesting pastry
. Pies joined the cultural heritage when they began to be mentioned in various works.
An interesting fact about pies is that their recipes can be found in a large number of literary works. For example, in the novel A. С. Pushkin’s novel “Eugene Onegin” has such lines: “…on the table, the pies are mountains of pies are calling the cheerful family to the ceremonial dinner guests.”

Let’s bake quick lazy pouring pies for a snack

Ingredients:
- milk – 500 ml;
- egg – 4 pcs;
- flour – 350 g;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- green onion – 1 bundle.
Preparation of lazy pouring patties:
Beat eggs in a separate bowl, salt and pour vegetable oil to them. Pour some of the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture and knead a thick dough.

Gradually pour the milk into the dough, mix and make the dough liquid again. Pour the rest of the flour into the dough and knead the dough a little thicker.

Dice the hard-boiled eggs and chopped green onions and mix together.

Heat 150 ml of vegetable oil in a saucepan, dip a ladle in it.
Pour a little dough on the bottom of the ladle, dip
it
into the hot oil. When the dough sets, put the filling on it and fill it with dough.


Dip the ladle into the oil again so that the patties come away from its surface.

Fry the patties in oil for a couple of minutes on both sides until golden. Repeat the same steps with all the other pies.

As a result, we have tasty filling pies literally in 15 minutes. This recipe can be repeated with other fillings – with cabbage, minced meat and apples.
