Why do we now so often prepare salads from the Soviet times?
Many of the dishes of the USSR have migrated to the modern capitalist life of a person. Although there is not much reason to prepare such salads.

Ingredients for salad “Prague”:
- boiled chicken fillet – 100 g;
- boiled carrots – 2 pcs;
- pickled cucumber – pcs;

- walnuts – 3 pcs;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation of salad “Prague”:
Cut boiled chicken meat into small pieces. Cut boiled carrots into small cubes. Similarly cut pickled cucumber.
Chop prunes into small pieces. In advance for softness you can pour prunes in boiling water, and then dry. Chop
walnuts to the state of crumbs

In a salad bowl lay the chicken meat on the bottom, salt and pepper to taste. On the meat put pickled cucumber, smear with mayonnaise.

Spread walnut crumbs on the prune layer.
