Cooking cutlets is not a tricky business. However, there are people who still prefer to buy cutlets in stores. Especially dangerous in this regard are cutlets on weight. The danger is that these cutlets are not hygienic. That is, a cutlet in the store with dirty hands can be touched by another consumer.
Also, the cutlets can be dropped by a gawky seller. You will never know where the cutlets have been before they get to your shopping cart. In addition, on the cutlets from the store is often overlabeled date of packing and manufacturing.
Only homemade cutlets are not dangerous. Therefore, it is worth replacing bought semi-finished products with real cutlets.
Ingredients for chicken cutlets:
- Chicken minced meat – 500 g;
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Paprika – 1 tbsp;
- Coriander – 1/3 tsp;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of chicken cutlets:
In the chicken minced meat break eggs, grate cheese on small grating cutters, add sour cream. Pour to the stuffing salt, paprika, coriander, pass through the press garlic cloves.
Mix all the ingredients until homogeneous. Pour breadcrumbs to the mince and mix again, leave the mince under the lid for 10 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying
pan.
Scoop the minced meat with a tablespoon and put it in the pan.
Fry the cutlets under the lid on each side until browned.
