Ingredients for fritters:

  • milk – 250 ml;
  • sugar – 1.5 tbsp;
  • yeast – tsp;
  • flour – 220 g;
  • egg – pcs;
  • salt – ½ tsp.

Preparation of fritters:

To prepare the opara, you need to combine half a tablespoon of granulated sugar, yeast and 30 grams of flour in 125 ml of warm milk. Mix the ingredients until homogeneous, leave it warm for 15 minutes.
