It turns out that jam was first invented in the East. Probably, the predecessor of traditional jam is Rakhat-Lukum. It was created in the process of boiling honey: starch and fruit.

Ingredients for pie with jam:

  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • jam – 100 g;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • leavening agent – 16 g;
  • milk – 50 ml;
  • flour – 150 g;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml.

Preparation of pie with jam:
