Ingredients:
- Flour – 400 g;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Sugar – 100 g;
- Butter – 100 g;
- Salt – a pinch;

- Apples – 2 pcs;
- Lemon zest;
- Lemon juice – 3 tbsp;
- Raisins – 30 g.
Preparation of apple cookies:
