Ingredients:
- flour – 750 gr;
- kefir 3.2% – 400 ml;
- baking soda – tsp;
- sour cream – 300 tbsp;
- salt – tsp;
- sugar – tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- potatoes – 1 kg;
- butter – 30-50 g;
- salt, pepper;
- dill;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation of stuffing:
To prepare the stuffing, boil potatoes in a pot. Salt and add dill. Pour 30-50 milliliters of vegetable oil.
To prepare the dough, take a bowl of flour, pour some of the flour into a separate container and make a depression in the center.
Pour warm kefir into the depression

Also add sugar and salt. The next ingredient will be sour cream.
Using a spoon, stir the contents into the depression without touching the flour. Add a teaspoon of baking soda. Stir the ingredients with a spoon: first the baking soda with kefir, then mix with flour. Pour in two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Knead the dough, adding the rest of the flour as needed. The dough turns out slightly sticky. Immediately cut into pieces, form tortillas with your hands. On the center put on the filling and seal. Place the products on a towel.
Send them to a frying pan with oil. Set medium heat. Cook on both sides. The patties are ready.
They turned out so tasty and puffy thanks to the fact that we mixed baking soda with kefir, not with flour.
