Ingredients of the dough for the cake “Alla”:
- flour – 250 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sour cream – 150 g;
- honey – 1.5 tbsp;
- walnuts – 100 g;
- leavening agent – 2.5 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- sugar – 200 g.
Ingredients for the cream:
- 25% sour cream – 350 g;
- powdered sugar – 100 g;
- condensed milk – 150 g;
- lemon juice – 2 tsp.
Preparation of the cake “Alla”:
Break eggs in a deep bowl, mix with granulated sugar until the grains of sand are dissolved. Add
sour
cream, vegetable oil and honey to the egg mixture, stir.
Combine flour and baking powder, sift into the egg mixture, knead biscuit dough without lumps

Crush walnuts in a blender until fine crumbs.
Pour the nut crumbs into the dough, mix.
Cover the baking dish with parchment and spread the dough on the surface in an even layer. Bake the biscuit in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cut off the top of the biscuit, divide into two identical cakes. To prepare the cream, combine cold products – sour cream and condensed milk, pour powdered sugar. Beat the components with a mixer until homogeneous
. Pour lemon juice into the cream. Smear the first crust with cream, cover with the second crust.
