Ingredients for the sponge cake:

  • Flour – 160 g;
  • Baking powder – ½ tsp;

Pour the lemon zest into the sugar and grind the ingredients for about a minute. Break eggs into the sugar, salt and beat with a mixer for 5-7 minutes.
