Quick meat pies: easier to prepare than belyashi and chebureks. So tasty that even my husband takes them to work

Where did the belyashi so popular in the Soviet Union go? In the past, this unpretentious meat pie could be found in almost any canteen and café. Now belyashi have lost their former popularity. In modern people, pizza has displaced the belyashi, previously loved by many.

This dish of Tatar and Bashkir cuisine is recommended to cook at home. The risk of eating a low-quality pie is significantly reduced.

If you do not know how to cook traditional belyashi, you can start with a lazy recipe. It is fast and does not force you to knead the dough and prepare the filling for a long time.

Ingredients for lazy belyashi:

  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
  • onion – pcs;
  • carrots – pcs;
  • minced meat – 300 g;
  • salt – tsp;
  • kefir 2.5% – 250 ml;
  • baking soda – tsp;
  • flour – 250 g;
  • green onion – 50 g;
  • dill – 20 g.

Preparation of lazy belyashi:

Cut a small diced onion, grate carrots on a fine grater. In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry onions until soft, then add carrots. Add

minced meat to the vegetables, add ½ teaspoon of salt and spices
