- sour cream – 100 g;
- turkey breast – 600 g;

- milk – 5 tbsp;

Preparation of fried turkey:
In a bowl with sour cream, combine eggs, flour and salt, thoroughly mix the components. Pour milk into the resulting mass, mix the ingredients again.
