Ingredients for salad “Gluttony”:

  • meat – 700 g;
  • carrots – 400 g;
  • pickles – 2 pcs;
  • onions – 300 g;
  • green peas – 180 g;
  • breadcrumbs – 100 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • lemon – ½ pc;
  • vegetable oil – 250 g;
  • salt – ½ tsp.

Preparation of salad “Gluttony”:

In boiling water add spices to taste and meat cut into small pieces. Cook the meat for 20 minutes in salted water

. At this time cut onions into small cubes, thinly shred carrots. To prepare mayonnaise in a blender bowl break eggs, black ground pepper – beat until homogeneous
