  • dill – a bunch;
  • mayonnaise – 150 g;

Preparation of German salad:

Herring get rid of gills and scales, remove the head, tail and innards, as well as bones. Cut the fillet into small pieces.

Peel and cut into small cubes boiled potatoes and pickled cucumbers. Cut apples into thin slices, splash with juice of half a lemon.

Combine potatoes with herring, pickles, apples, green onions and dill in a bowl.
