Ingredients:
- Ground meat – 450 g;
- Onion – 150 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Salt – 1.5 tsp;
- Black pepper – a pinch.

- Onions – 100 g;
- Mushrooms – 150 g;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Oil – 4 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Cheese – 50 g.
Preparation of meat nests with mushrooms:
Chop the onion finely, add it together with the egg to the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix. For the sauce, peel mushrooms, fry them in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
Cut onions in half rings, after evaporating the moisture from the mushrooms, add the onions to the pan. Fry onions and mushrooms, and then add sour cream, salt, mix.
On a baking tray, form small cavities in the pieces of minced meat. Put the stuffing into these hollows.
Bake the nests in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Grate cheese at this time. Sprinkle cheese over the nests and put them back in the oven for a couple of minutes.
