Ingredients for salad “Rainbow”:

  • Asparagus beans – 150 g;
  • Salt – ½ tsp;
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
  • Pepper – ⅓ tsp;
  • Paprika;
  • Italian herbs;
  • Beef casserole – 200 g;
  • Bell pepper – 2 pcs;
  • Corn – 150 g;
  • Red onion – 1 pc.

Preparation of salad “Rainbow”:

In a pot of boiling water pour salt, put asparagus beans. Boil the beans for about a minute, then place on a plate and leave to cool.

For dressing in a bowl with mayonnaise mix pepper, paprika and Italian herbs

Cut small cubes of boujenina and mix in a salad bowl with corn.

Peel bell peppers from the insides and cut into small cubes
