Ingredients for milk pie:
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- sugar – 300 g;
- flour – 350 g;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- salt – 2/3 tsp;
- butter – 70 g;
- milk – 240 ml;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g.
Preparation of milk cake:
Pour salt and baking powder into the flour, mix the bulk products. In a separate container break the eggs, beat with sugar with a whisk to form a white mass.
Pour milk into a saucepan, pour vanilla sugar, add butter. Bring the milk to the boil, but do not boil
. Pour ½ of the flour into the egg mixture and knead the dough. Pour ½ of the hot milk into the dough and continue mixing the ingredients.
Beat the dough with a mixer on low speed, pour in the rest of the dough, then pour in the second half of the milk.
Put parchment in the mold, cover the bottom and sides.
Grease the parchment with vegetable oil, pour the dough into the mold.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
You do not need to immediately take the pie out of the oven, let it cool down inside for 5-7 minutes.
It is recommended to sprinkle the cake for beauty with powdered sugar or cover it with chocolate glaze.
