Ingredients:
- pork – 1 kg;
- eggs – 8 pcs;
- onion – 1 pc;
- cream cheese – 150 g;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- flour – 3 tbsp;
- breadcrumbs – 200 g;
- turmeric – 1 tsp;
- salt – tsp.
Preparation of pork chops:
Cut the pork into small slices about 1 cm thick. Beat each slice, then salt and pepper. Place the pork chops on top of each other in a container.
