Semolina in cooking is used quite widely. It can be added to soups, cooked as porridge. Semolina can be used in fritters, casseroles and cutlets. We know recipes for pies and puddings with semolina.
Wheat grains, from which semolina is obtained, were grown before our era. However, the semolina itself appeared later. It was produced in small quantities, so it was not a commonly available product for a long time.

So, from one glass of kefir and semolina we will get a large amount of delicious food for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- kefir – 250 ml;
- baking soda – 1 tbsp. liters;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- semolina – 250 gr;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation:
In a deep bowl, break two eggs. Then add two tablespoons of sugar and mix the ingredients with a whisk. Add a pinch of salt, stir and pour in kefir. Again using a whisk
, pour in one cup of semolina. Stir and cover with plastic wrap for 30 minutes. Add one teaspoon of baking soda.
Transfer the preparation to a pastry bag.
Fill the pan with vegetable oil. Squeeze out a small amount of dough from the pastry bag. Fry on medium heat on both sides.
Transfer the products to paper towels to get rid of excess fat.
