Ingredients for coleslaw:
- Tuna in oil – 180 g;
- Boiled eggs – 3 pcs;
- Hard cheese – 150 g;
- Canned corn – 180 g;
- Peking cabbage – 300 g;
- Mayonnaise – tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of cabbage salad:
Divide the Peking cabbage into two parts and thinly chop. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and cut small cubes of hard-boiled eggs.
Put eggs and cheese to the cabbage along with corn and tuna. Mix the products in the salad.
Dress the salad with mayonnaise, salt and mix thoroughly.
You get a simple and quick coleslaw.
