Meatloaf is a versatile and exquisite dish that finds its application in various cuisines of the world.
Meatloaf can be prepared from a variety of meats: beef, pork, chicken or turkey, which makes it affordable and favorite for many.

Cheese, mushrooms, vegetables, herbs, nuts and spices are often used. This allows you to create unique combinations of flavors that can impress even the most discerning gourmets.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 1 kg;
- Bacon for stuffing – 200 g;
- Bacon plates – 300 g;
- Onion – 100 g;
- Parsley – 20 g;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Dried garlic – ½ tsp;
- Ground coriander – ½ tsp;
- Nutmeg – half a nutmeg;
- Hops souneli – 1 tsp;
- Sweet paprika – ½ tsp.
Ingredients for the glaze:
- Honey – 1 tbsp;
- Ketchup – 3 tbsp;
- Wine vinegar – 1 tbsp;
- Sweet mustard – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of meatloaves:
Through the small mesh of a meat grinder, spin the bacon for the mince, onion and ¼ of the chicken fillets. To retain the texture of the rest of the fillets, put them through the coarse mesh of the meat grinder.
Chop the parsley and pour it and the salt into the mince. Add also dried garlic, ground coriander, nutmeg, hopeli suneli and sweet paprika
. Stir all the ingredients together. Form small cutlets, place them on the ends of bacon strips, wrap the mince inside.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment, these rolls overlapping down and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
For the glaze, mix honey with ketchup, sweet mustard and wine vinegar.
Heat the glaze on medium heat, bring to a boil

Bake the rolls in the glaze for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
