No matter how hard pastry chefs try to come up with delicious new baked goods that would eclipse all the old recipes, for most people, muffin buns remain a priority.

Buns are prepared relatively quickly, as well as simply. The flavor of this pastry has become traditional for most of the inhabitants of the Earth.
For these reasons, no new types of bread will not replace the classic buns. Let’s prepare an unusual in execution bun in the form of a rose.
Ingredients:
- egg – pcs;
- butter – 30 g;
- sugar – 60 g;
- milk – 120 ml;
- water – 120 ml;
- yeast – 6 g;

Preparation of rose buns:
