Salad with crab sticks and mushrooms called Alenka is a delicious and nutritious dish that can become a decoration of any table. The combination of crab sticks, mushrooms and other ingredients creates a unique taste and flavor.

Crab sticks give the salad tenderness and juiciness, mushrooms add nourishment and piquancy, and fresh vegetables enrich with vitamins and minerals

Let’s prepare together a simple salad Alyonushka for the holiday

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks – 250 g;
  • mushrooms – 500 g;
  • onion – 1 pc;
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs;
  • eggs – 5 pcs;
  • mayonnaise – ½ tbsp;
  • parsley – a bunch;
  • salt – a couple of pinches.

Preparation of salad Alyonushka:

Cut onions into semi-rings, cut mushrooms into plates. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions until soft, add mushrooms, salt.

Fry mushrooms and onions until golden color. Grate boiled eggs on a fine grater, cut thin strips of crab sticks.

On a plate create a thin mesh of mayonnaise, send ½ of the sticks on it. On the crab layer put mushrooms and onions, smear them with a drop of mayonnaise.

On the mushroom layer put chopped eggs, smear with a mayonnaise mesh. Cut cucumbers into thin circles, put them on the egg layer, smear with mayonnaise.
