Ingredients for salad “Anastasia”:
- Ham – 250 g;
- Chicken fillet – 300 g;
- Korean carrots – 300 g;
- Peking cabbage – 1 pc;
- Mayonnaise;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Flour – 2 tbsp;
- Sunflower oil – tsp.
Preparation of salad “Anastasia”:
In a bowl beat the eggs, add vegetable oil and flour, knead the semblance of dough. In a dry frying pan fry 3 thin egg pancakes, let them cool a little.

Cut small pieces of pre-boiled chicken fillet. Roll each pancake into a roll and cut into thin slices.
Mix in a salad bowl Peking cabbage, egg pancake slices and chicken fillet. Cut sausage into small slices, add together with Korean carrots to the salad. Fill
the salad with mayonnaise, salt and mix.
You get an excellent salad with Korean carrots.
Instead of mayonnaise in the salad you can use sour cream as a dressing.
