Ingredients:

  • apple – 1 pc;
  • egg – 3 pcs;
  • chicken fillet – 1 pc;
  • onion – 2 pcs.;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • dill – a bunch;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation of salad “Aniutka”:

Cut the onion into thin feathers and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden. Cut the boiled fillet into small cubes.

Peel apples from the peel and grate on a coarse grater. Boiled eggs should be grated similarly.

Grate cheese on a fine grater. Grease the dish with mayonnaise, lay the chicken meat on it. On the meat layer put onions, smear it with mayonnaise.
