Salad recipes are predictable for most. If there are beets in the dish, then there is a good chance that there will be herring as well. If the salad has crab sticks, then they will be combined with eggs, canned corn and onions. And salad with tomato and cucumber is a classic at all.
However, from such classic salads sooner or later you can get tired. Therefore, we are looking for something new in terms of preparing appetizers for a holiday or for lunch.
It is worth telling about one of the simple appetizer salads, which many people have not cooked before.
Ingredients for the salad:
- Onion – 2 pcs;
- Boiled chicken liver – 500 g;
- Boiled potatoes – 500 g;
- Salted cucumbers – 3 pcs;
- Canned peas – 4 tbsp;
- Garlic – 1 clove;
- Parsley – a bundle;
- Dill – a bunch;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Black pepper – a pinch;
- Fragrant vegetable oil – 4 tbsp.
Salad preparation:
We slice quarter rings of onions. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions until light golden color.
Cut thin bars of cooked liver, mix with onions in a bowl. Cut large cubes of peeled boiled potatoes.
Cut small cubes of pickles and put them in the salad along with potatoes and peas. Press or grate garlic cloves, chop parsley and dill, combine with the salad.
Sprinkle the salad with salt and ground black pepper, dress with vegetable oil, mix thoroughly.
The result is a simple appetizer salad from budget products. It should be salted only if the cucumbers are not salty enough.
