Ingredients:
- Boiled rice – 200 g;
- Tuna in its own juice – 180 g;
- Pickled onions – 100 g;
- Melted cheese – 3 pcs;
- Boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- Red caviar – 200 g;
- Mayonnaise – 150 g;
- Vinegar 9% – 3 tbsp;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Boiling water – 100 ml.

Preparation of tuna salad:
To marinate the onions, mix the vinegar with salt and sugar, pour boiling water into the mixture. Chop the onions finely and put them in the marinade mixture for 15 minutes.
Place boiled rice in the cooking ring, smear with mayonnaise. On the rice layer put a part of caviar, tuna, rid of liquid.
Squeeze the onion from the marinade and put it on the tuna layer. Put caviar on the same layer, smear the layer with mayonnaise.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater and put it on the layer of caviar and onions. Put the caviar on the cheese layer. Divide eggs into yolks and whites, rub the yolks on the next layer on the caviar.
Smear the yolk layer with mayonnaise, put caviar, rub the whites on
a
coarse grater. Decorate the top of the salad with caviar and remove the cooking ring.
For this recipe, you can use imitation red caviar. It fits well into all the flavor combinations of this salad.
