Salad “Gluttony” with liver is a refined and hearty dish that has gained popularity on the tables of many people due to its rich flavor and useful properties. Liver is an outstanding source of protein, vitamins and microelements, which makes it an excellent ingredient for preparing various salads.

Cooking a salad with liver does not require special culinary skills, and the results can impress even the most discerning gourmets. The dish can be combined with a variety of vegetables, such as onions, carrots, herbs, as well as various sauces, which allows you to create interesting and original flavor compositions.
Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- Chicken liver – 400 g;
- Onion – 230 g;
- Carrots – 200 g;
- Pickles – 200 g;
- Egg – 5 pcs;
- Cheese – 130 g.
Ingredients for sauce:
- Mayonnaise – 350 g;
- Tomato paste – 40 g.
Preparation of salad “Gluttony”:
For the sauce, mix tomato paste with mayonnaise. You can add a couple of crushed garlic cloves, black pepper to the sauce.
Cut a small diced onion, grate a coarse grated carrot, mix in a frying pan, add vegetable oil.
Fry the vegetables to a light golden color.
Boil the liver

Similarly grate cheese, boiled eggs, cut pickles into small straws.
Lay out in a cooking ring ½ of the liver, mix it with the sauce and tamp it down. Put fried vegetables on the liver layer, put eggs on the vegetable layer.
