Ingredients for beet salad:
- Beets – 2 pcs;
- Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs;
- Peas – 150 g;
- Dill – a bundle;
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp;
- Mustard in grains – 1 tbsp;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Sugar – 1 tsp;
- Apple cider vinegar 6% – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Dice the onion into small cubes, salt, pour out granulated sugar. Pour apple cider vinegar to the onions, leave to marinate for 10 minutes, do not forget to stir.
