Salad with chicken liver “Ministerial” is a refined and nutritious dish, which is widely appreciated for its rich flavor and nutritional properties. Chicken liver can be considered not only a delicacy, but also a source of many vitamins and minerals necessary for the human body.

This salad can serve as an excellent addition to a festive table or be a hearty main course for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- Peking cabbage – 1 pc;
- canned corn – 180 g;
- red onion – 1 pc;
- chicken liver – 500 g;
- sausage cheese – 200 g;
- mayonnaise;
- green onions – bundle;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 2 tsp;
- 9% vinegar – 1 tbsp;
- water – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of salad “Ministerial”:
Boil to readiness chicken liver in salted water with a bay leaf. While the liver cools, chop onion into thin feathers, mix with salt, sugar, vinegar and water.
While the onion marinates for 10 minutes, grate sausage cheese on a coarse grater, chop not very small Peking cabbage
. Put a layer of cabbage on a plate, smear it with mayonnaise, put ½ of the
cheese

Chop liver through a meat grinder
, put it
on the cheese layer, smear with mayonnaise
.
On the liver layer put onions, squeezed from the marinade.
On the onion layer, smeared with mayonnaise, put canned corn, removing the liquid from it in advance. Put the rest of cheese on the corn layer, cover it with mayonnaise net.
Shred green onions and sprinkle them on the top of the salad

Leave the salad for a few hours in the refrigerator and then serve.
