Salad “Mushroom Shuba” is a refined and at the same time simple dish that harmoniously combines bright flavor notes and unusual texture. This salad has become a real culinary hit on holiday tables, especially during winter holidays, when you want to please yourself and guests with something original and hearty.
The basis of the salad is marinated mushrooms, which give it a unique aroma and taste.

Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 500 g;
- Onion – 2 pcs;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs;
- Salted cucumbers – 3 pcs;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Hard cheese – 150 g;
- Green onions – a bunch;
- Mayonnaise;
- Salt – a pinch.
Preparation of salad “Mushroom Shuba”:
Cut thin plates of mushrooms and in a dry frying pan fry until the liquid evaporates, and then add vegetable oil. Cut onions into quarter rings, fry separately.
Grate carrots on a coarse grater, fry together with onions. Peel the boiled potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater, put them as the first layer, salt and pepper.
