Let’s tell about one recipe for chicken breast and cucumber salad.

Ingredients:

  • onion – pcs;
  • sugar – tbsp;
  • salt – tsp;
  • 9% vinegar – 2 tbsp;
  • water – 150 ml;
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs;
  • boiled chicken breast – pcs.;
  • eggs – 4 pcs;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • green onions – a bunch;
  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.

Preparation of the salad:

We cut a small diced onion, mix in water with salt (½ tsp.) and sugar, add vinegar. Leave the onions to marinate for 30 minutes.

At this time, cut small cubes of cucumbers, chicken breast and hard-boiled eggs. Mix everything in a salad bowl, grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Drain the onion marinade and put it in the salad. Chop green onions in the same place. Salt the salad, dress it with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
