“
Rich Bride” is an easy and quick dish that can be a great addition to lunch or dinner. It is simple to prepare, but at the same time has a bright and delicate flavor.
Salad with Peking cabbage can be served as an independent dish or as an addition to meat or fish. Thanks to the content of cheese, potatoes and chicken, the dish can be considered quite hearty.
It is made of the simplest ingredients, so it is suitable for any budget.
Ingredients:
- Peking cabbage – 1 pc;
- mushrooms – 500 g;
- chicken fillet – 1 pc;
- potatoes – 4 pcs;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- onion – 1 pcs.;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 2 tsp;
- 9% vinegar – 1 tbsp;
- water – 3 tbsp;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation of salad “Rich Bride”:
Cut onions into feathers, mix it with salt, sugar, vinegar and water, leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Clean
mushrooms
, cut into thin plates.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry mushrooms until the moisture in them evaporates. Boil potatoes, boil hard-boiled eggs, grate
the peeled potatoes on a fine grater, in a separate bowl similarly chop eggs. Cheese is also grated, but on a coarse grater.
Lay out in a plate the first layer of potatoes, smear with mayonnaise mesh. On the layer of potatoes lay out fried mushrooms and pickled onions.
Smear the onion layer with mayonnaise, and then lay out cooked breast, divided into fibers. Cover the breast with mayonnaise, sprinkle a layer of eggs.
Smear the egg layer with mayonnaise, salt and sprinkle on all sides and the top with chopped Peking cabbage.

You can decorate the salad with parsley. It turns out to be an interesting salad from simple and affordable products.
