It is worth preparing a salad “Sunny”. This dish is ideal both for a celebration and for an ordinary dinner or lunch.
The salad has a very simple composition – apple, carrots, eggs and cheese. At the same time, it turns out quite juicy, hearty and delicious. The secret lies in the right balance of products and layering of the dish.
Layers of cheese make the salad tender and creamy. Proteins give the salad airiness and make it more nutritious. And the layer of a mixture of raw carrots and apple give a special juiciness and light sweetness.
By the way, the sweetness of the carrot-apple layer is regulated by garlic. He makes the salad slightly spicy, but does not spoil the overall flavor.

Ingredients:
- Carrots – 350 g;
- Boiled eggs – 5 pcs;
- Cheddar cheese – 200 g;
- Green apple – 1 piece;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Walnuts – 50 g;
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp;
- Mayonnaise.
Preparation of salad “Sunny”:
Grate on a coarse grater carrots and apple peeled in advance. Grate a clove of garlic on a fine grater to the apple and carrots. Chop
walnuts finely, send part of them to the apple and carrots

Fill the salad with mayonnaise, mix.
Separate yolks from whites, grate cheese on a coarse grater. Put a layer of cheese in a salad bowl, cover with mayonnaise. Grate
