Salads are a symbol of modern hospitality. Many hostesses, in order to meet guests, prepare appetizer salads for the table in advance. However, making the classic “Olivier” and “Herring under a fur coat” is not always desirable. Especially if the guests came suddenly and there is no time to insist the salad.
In this case, it is better to prepare a faster layered salad “Tender”. It consists of a small amount of products that are always in the refrigerator. At the same time, the salad turns out delicious and hearty.
Layers of vegetables are perfectly combined with layers of ham, cheese and eggs. Together, these ingredients create a harmony of flavors without interrupting each other. Mayonnaise acts as a binder of all layers. It is better to take homemade sauce. So the salad will be even more tender and tastier.
Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes – 3 pcs;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Ham – 150 g;
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs;
- Mayonnaise.
Preparation of salad “Delicate”:
Grate the peeled boiled potatoes on a coarse grater and lay out the first layer in the salad bowl. Smear the potato layer with mayonnaise.
Cut ham into bars and put it on the potato layer. Cover the ham layer with mayonnaise, rub boiled eggs on it. Smear
the egg layer with mayonnaise

Grate carrots on a fine grater and pour them on the egg layer. Cover the carrot layer with mayonnaise.
Cut pickled cucumbers into bars and put them on the carrot layer. Smear the layer of cucumbers with mayonnaise, grate cheese on it.
