Very tasty and hearty salad of hard cheese and chicken meat, corn. The dish is prepared quickly and easily, you can include it in the holiday menu.
For preparation you will need the following ingredients:

breast or chicken fillet, 300 g;
– canned corn, 120 g;
– cheese, 180 g; –
eggs, 3 pcs;
– mayonnaise, 130 g; –
herbs

– pepper.
Cooking process
Boil chicken meat in salted water with spices to taste. You only need to boil the meat for about 30 minutes. We cool the meat and cut it into small cubes.
Eggs are boiled, cooled and grated on a coarse grater.
Mix corn, chicken meat and eggs, add chopped greens and coarsely grated cheese.
Dress the salad with mayonnaise and serve to the table.
Tip: if you don’t like mayonnaise, you can dress it with sour cream or natural yogurt.
Do not forget to pepper the salad and if you serve on a festive table, you can still decorate with grated yolk.
Many people do not like canned corn in salads, so you can replace it with peas
.
I know that also add canned pineapple – a few small pieces will not be superfluous, but it is to taste for those who like the contrast of sweet and salty.
