Very tasty and vitamin salad of raw carrots, smoked cheese and garlic. It goes well with a variety of dishes, especially meat dishes.
To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:
- fresh carrots, 400 g;
- smoked sausage cheese, 250 g;
- garlic, 3 cloves;
- boiling water, 20 ml;
- mayonnaise, 4 tbsp.
Cooking process
Grate
carrots on a coarse grater. Grate
cheese on a coarse grater as well.
Chop garlic finely or grate it, press it through a press – all to your taste.
Tip: pressed garlic I still steamed with boiling water for 1 minute, it then gives a brighter, to my taste, flavor. This step is optional.
Mix all products with mayonnaise. If you do not like mayonnaise, then add sour cream or thick natural yogurt.
I make this salad for holidays. To make it brighter and prettier, I mix orange, regular carrots and yellow carrots. Then it turns out very beautiful and appetizing.
Add garlic to taste, if you like it spicy, then take more cloves.
