Salad is a real culinary miracle that can both satiate and whet the appetite. The outcome depends only on the selected ingredients and personal preferences.
There are many recipes and variations of preparation, among which salads with fish, chicken, beef, seafood.
Today we decided to prepare a salad from simple ingredients that are always found at home. Use this recipe can be used both for a treat on an ordinary day, and as a treat for guests on New Year’s Eve.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 220 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- carrots – pcs;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- cheese – 130 g;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation of the salad:
Boil 4 chicken eggs, separate the whites and yolks. Grate each of the ingredients on a fine grater. Also finely grate raw carrots.
In a deep container mix grated carrots, garlic and mayonnaise.
Finely grate 130 gr of hard cheese. Cut the cooked chicken breast as small as possible.
Assemble the layered salad. As the first layer we put cheese and squeeze mayonnaise on top. As the next layer lay out the chicken, again cover with mayonnaise. Further distribute carrots, smear with mayonnaise. The next layer is a protein. Sprinkle it on the salad and flatten it with a fork. Then mayonnaise and yolk.
The salad is ready.
