Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 500 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Boiled carrots – 3 pcs;
- Raisins – 100 g;
- Walnuts – 50 g;
- Hard cheese – 200 g;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Mayonnaise – 200 g.
Marinade for chicken fillet:
- Water – 1 liter;
- Laurel leaf – 1 pc;
- Sweet peppercorns – 5 pcs;
- Black pepper peas – ½ tsp;
- Salt – 2 tsp;
- Sugar – ½ tsp.
Marinade for onions:
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Vinegar 9% – 1 tbsp;
- Cold water.
Preparation of salad “Beauty”:
In a 1-liter pot boil water, add bay leaf, oregano pepper, black pepper peas, salt and sugar. Put the chicken in the boiling water, under the lid cook for a couple of minutes, and then remove from the heat and bring to readiness so 1 hour more.
Cut thin half-rings of onion, for its marinade mix it with salt, sugar, vinegar

Pour cold water over the onion and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the chicken fillet into fibers and lay out the first layer, smear with mayonnaise. Squeeze the onion from the marinade and put it on the layer of chicken, make a mesh of mayonnaise.
