Ingredients:
- sauerkraut – 500 g;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- flour – 10 tbsp;
- baking soda – 1 tsp;
- green onions – a bunch.
Preparation of fritters with sauerkraut:
From the cabbage remove excess liquid, and then lightly chop into smaller pieces. To sauerkraut break eggs, add sour cream and soda, stir.
