There is a theory that the first pies in the classic style, which has reached the present day, were made by the Western Slavs. It was customary for the peoples of this ethnos to prepare baked goods in the fall, after the harvest. It

is likely that the preparation of pies was originally associated with religious connotations. If in ancient times pancakes and pancakes were sacrificed, pies were sacrificed. Of course, the favorite filling was meat. However, there were also recipes for vegetable baked goods.

Ingredients for cottage cheese pies;

  • flour – 300 g;
  • sugar – 150 g;
  • milk – 125 g;
  • sour cream – 250 g;
  • egg – 2 pcs;
  • raisins – 50 g;
  • salt – 2 pinches;
  • yeast – 15 g;
  • vanilla sugar – 3 tsp;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • cottage cheese – 250 g.

Preparation of cottage cheese pies;

Pour yeast and 10 grams of granulated sugar into the warm milk, create opara. In a separate container break the egg, add the yolk of the second egg, keep the protein. Pour to the mixture of 100 grams of regular sugar, a spoonful of vanilla powder, a pinch of salt.
