Crab sticks have become a typical product for every person in Europe and CIS countries. The fact is that this ingredient can be found in any grocery store. The
range of application of crab sticks is not particularly large. Most often sticks are used to prepare appetizers and salads. Probably, such a small list of applications sticks owe their peculiar flavor.
Let’s talk about a quick salad of crab sticks – Sea Caprice.
Ingredients for salad “Sea caprice”:
- crab sticks – 100 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- Korean carrots;
- canned corn – 140 g;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation of salad “Sea caprice”:
Cut crab sticks into small cubes. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel. Cut eggs similarly to the sticks – dice.
Mix crab sticks and eggs in a bowl, combine with Korean carrots. Carrots should be in a ratio of 1:1 to the mixture of sticks and eggs.
Pour canned corn into the salad, salt to taste and dress with mayonnaise.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
You can dress the salad with sour cream, then the salad will be more useful. But, a brighter flavor will turn out with mayonnaise, in addition, the salad will become more nourishing and fatty.
